Breastfeed with confidence

With the right advice and guidance, many mothers can overcome various concerns and problems and will feel confident about breastfeeding. RECOGNISING the significance of breastfeeding and infant nutrition, and the unsatisfactory rate of breastfeeding in the country, efforts have been made by various quarters, especially the Health Ministry, to promote this practice. For example, each year, the Ministry organises activities around Breastfeeding Week.
